It’s 100% online, meaning you can execute your strategy and access all resources from any location in the world as long as you have an internet connection. All you need is access to a gym or home gym (Dumbbells will do) with reasonably heavy weights. The coaching app contains your personal profile, workout plan with demonstration videos, key metrics and goals.

Yes, absolutely. You will be able to communicate with Zane through the coaching app, WhatsApp and monthly Zoom calls.
