Takeaways became my escape, and alcohol was how I coped with the stress. I was stuck in a cycle I didn’t know how to break.



I was at rock-bottom .
I’d let 60-hour work weeks, relentless pressure, and my obsession with success destroy my health. I kept pushing, ignoring the warning signs — until my mental health collapsed, and my doctor told me I had high blood pressure. That was the wake-up call I couldn’t ignore.

I finally took ownership of my health.
Over 15 months, I rebuilt my body, my mindset, and my energy from the ground up. The transformation was so powerful, it changed the course of my life — I left my career in Tech to help other high-achievers do the same. Since then, I’ve coached over 60 driven individuals across the UK, US, and Australia to transform their health, fitness, and confidence.
